
Jahlen Pinelo, is a Belizean-American marine microbiologist. She is an artist and science communicator whose goal is to foster a sense of wonder about the natural world in both children and adults.
She holds a B.Sc in Microbiology from University of California, Riverside and a M.Sc in Biology from Hampton University.

Ty Harps is an accomplished entrepreneur, educator, and community development leader with extensive experience supporting individuals and families across diverse communities. A California-licensed Adult Residential Facility (ARF) operator through the California Department of Social Services (CDSS), Ty owns and operates residential facilities serving adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities, with an emphasis on dignity, independence, equity, inclusion, and quality of life.
At Right Solutions Foundation, Ty helps strengthen organizational compliance, financial literacy curriculum, and participant-centered programming that meets individuals where they are—regardless of age or stage of life. She holds an MBA from National University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Irvine University, bringing RSF a valuable multidisciplinary perspective that helps expand inclusive, practical pathways to financial empowerment and economic mobility.

Kesha Warden is a senior operations executive with more than 15 years of experience in organizational strategy, real estate operations, performance management, and scalable business systems. As Senior Vice President of Centralized Property Services at Asset Living, she leads complex initiatives across Property Operations and Construction & Capital Management, developing strategic frameworks that strengthen efficiency, accountability, and financial performance.
Her combined business and community-focused experience provides the Right Solutions Foundation Board of Directors with valuable expertise in strategic planning, governance, regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and organizational development.
Kesha’s leadership strengthens RSF’s capacity to operate efficiently, expand program offerings, cultivate community and institutional partnerships, and responsibly scale its impact. Her ability to connect strategy, resources, and measurable outcomes supports strong board governance and helps position RSF for sustainable growth while expanding opportunities and positive outcomes for youth and families.

Teri Morrison, MSW is a UCLA graduate, veteran social work professional, and community advocate with extensive experience helping youth, individuals, and families overcome barriers to wellness, stability, and opportunity. Through her work with Los Angeles County, she provides direct, community-based support, including home visits, resource navigation, and ongoing engagement to help clients access essential services and make meaningful progress toward mental health and wellness goals.
As a member of the Right Solutions Foundation Board of Directors, Teri’s social work and intervention expertise strengthens RSF’s whole-person approach to youth and community development. Her perspective helps guide programming at the intersection of mental wellness, emotional regulation, prevention, family support, and community connection—strengthening RSF’s ability to intervene early, reduce barriers, and create pathways toward resilience, self-sufficiency, and long-term success

Carvone Allen, M.Ed. is an accomplished educator and youth advocate dedicated to expanding opportunities for young people through academic achievement, civic engagement, leadership, and personal development. She currently teaches English at Rialto High School, where she fosters inclusive, academically rigorous environments that help students strengthen their voices, think critically, and become engaged members of their communities.
Carvone holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and brings to the Right Solutions Foundation Board of Directors valuable expertise in education, youth development, and community engagement. Her perspective strengthens RSF’s ability to develop responsive, youth-centered programming and build meaningful connections among students, schools, families, and community partners. She is committed to advancing RSF’s mission of equipping young people with the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities needed to succeed in school, transition successfully into adulthood, and positively impact their communities.
